Biography

Susanna graduated in Economics cum laude at the LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome and since 2003 she has been an Italian chartered account and certified auditor – CPA. Her education includes the Master in Tax Law – Il Sole 24 Ore.

Following business school, Susanna worked in leading international tax firms, where she was engaged in transfer pricing consultancy.

She has acquired broad experience both in management and coordination of transfer pricing team for the realization of complex projects such as assistance to clients in supply-chain reorganization; drafting and implementation of intercompany agreements; assistance to clients in litigation against Italian Tax Authorities, drafting of transfer pricing documentation, preparation and filings of tax rulings regarding transfer pricing and CFC; preparation and filings of EU MAP and Arbitration procedures.
